PQR DHA 2025 — Dubai's public-facing quality rating.

PQR (Provider Quality Rating) is the Dubai Health Authority's public-facing quality rating programme for DHA-licensed clinics, refreshed under the 2025 framework. The rating combines NABIDH clinical data, EJADAH KPI performance, patient experience metrics and inspection outcomes into a public-facing score that patients and payers can see. The score is built from data you are already producing — but most clinics have no idea what their PQR looks like until a payer references it or a patient asks.
