EJADAH — how the DHA actually scores your clinic.

EJADAH (the DHA Excellence in Quality Healthcare programme) is the scoring methodology DHA inspectors use to assess outpatient and primary care clinics in Dubai across 30 therapeutic indications. It looks at how care is delivered against evidence-based clinical pathways, KPI performance and patient experience — not just whether your policies exist. Clinics that pass it cleanly run a continuous internal audit rhythm; the ones that struggle are the ones that find out their EJADAH score for the first time on inspection day.

What clinics must actually do for EJADAH: Clinical pathway compliance; KPI performance; Patient experience; Continuous quality improvement.

Common EJADAH gaps inspectors find at Dubai clinics — KPIs are calculated for the inspection only — no quarterly trend, no minuted review. Pathway adherence is "implicit" — no chart-level audit, no variance log.
