DoH License — Abu Dhabi facility & practitioner guide.

A DoH licence is issued by the Department of Health Abu Dhabi and covers both healthcare facility licensing and individual practitioner licensing across the emirate. Since the migration to Tamm, applications, renewals and amendments are submitted digitally and cross-checked against Malaffi data, JAWDA KPI submission history and PXS 2026 patient experience reporting. A renewal that would have been routine three years ago can now fail because of an unsubmitted JAWDA quarter or an open CAP — long before the renewal team ever look at the licence file itself.

What clinics must actually do for DOH license: Apply for a DoH licence; Renew a DoH licence; Convert from MOH or DHA; Scope amendments; Sub-licences & permits.

Common DOH license gaps inspectors find at Abu Dhabi clinics — JAWDA quarter not submitted — renewal blocked even though the licence itself is in date. Practitioner BLS/ACLS expired — Tamm rejects the renewal before it reaches review.
